We are willing to travel anywhere in the state of Ohio and even across state lines, however further distances will be subject to additional travel fees.
Pony rides can be included with any petting zoo package for an additional cost.
Nope! The only upfront cost is a non-refundable $50 booking fee to hold the date for your event. The remaining balance is not due until the day of the event which can be paid in cash or a check made out to C&T Camels LLC.
If there is poor weather on the day of your event we can reschedule or that is the one instance we will refund your deposit if your event date is not flexible. Weather we cannot work in includes rain that exceeds a sprinkle, thunderstorms, lightening, or temperatures below 25 degrees or higher than 90 degrees.
Grass is not required, but highly encouraged. If we have to set up on concrete or asphalt we must be notified ahead of time so we can plan accordingly to bring additional bedding for the animals. The only thing we do require is that there must be room to park our truck(s) and trailer(s).
The only thing you have to do is make sure there is a clear, accessible area for us to park and set up. We like to arrive 30 minutes before the start time of the event to set up. We provide all equipment, water, hay, and bedding our animals need as well as a hand sanitizing station at all of our events for our guests to utilize.
Yes! Our staff will clean up any remnants of manure, bedding, and hay left by our animals to the best of their ability. We are not responsible for picking up any trash left by event participants.
